I have all but given up. When I have time again, I promise I'll learn a non-linear editing program and use it. Dmast, if you are here, can you like please make a video of how to make a highlight reel from a clip using Sony Vegas? PLEASE!!!

Yep, avidemux is the closest thing to a competent video editor.  It may not be the most user-friendly, but it does handle avi's really well.  Audio is always in sync and multiple original files can be combined into one project.

You can always log into Wimbledon Live and download the match there.
Of course you have to pay a subscription fee.  :Confused:

but aren't wimbledon.org videos all in wmv?  That format sucks and is hard to edit.
