Man u have there work cut out @ Porto, this could go either way.Arsenal should just about win as thay have the home leg next.Chelsea & Barcer should be in SF,but we all know anything can happen.Terry out v liverpool in next match I'm not to bothered about,we have cover & are strong @ the back.

Wow Chelsea gave many a big scare last night at 0-2 down and then 3-4 down, what an unbelievable game of football that was. Liverpool really took it to Chelsea and in the 2nd half atleast Chelsea went back at them. Some excellent goals, not such good defending(particularly goalkeeping at times) and complete drama. Torres being taken off was a ridiculous move with over 10 minutes to go- Liverpool had to get a goal within a few minutes and there was a chance for them- they got 2 goals, and then the main man is warming the bench up with Liverpool needing 1 to win with 7-8 minutes to go. Thats Bennitez for you though I guess  ..-) 12 goals in a tie between those 2 I would never have dreamt of. Chelsea are going to have to defend a lot better vs Barca.

Over to United now in Portugal. We really have made this tie incredibly hard with last weeks poor result at home. We're now in a position where we must become the first English team to win at Porto. But if anybody can do it, then its United. We've also got Rio back in the team- so some good experience(which is needed for a game likee this) is back in. If we can defend as we know we can then we are certainly good enough to get a goal or 2 and make it to the semi's. GO GO GO UNITED!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

YES!!!!!!!! :yahoo: :grind dance: :applause: :shakey: :cloud 9: :winner: A huge obstacle is overcome in our quest to retain our European title and in our quest for the Quintuple as United beat Porto 1-0 away from home to go through 3-2 on aggregate!! Great European performance that, solid at the back, got the early goal and stood firm from there- perfect European football. First English team to ever win in Porto and what an incredible goal it was from Ronaldo. 40 yards out he hit an absolute screamer into the top corner- a stunning goal!! Into the Semi Finals now where it will be Arsenal we face after they beat Villarreal. So a guaranteed English finalist for the 5th straight season!

12 games now from the Quintuple and sweep :shakey: :cloud 9: :winner: Next up Everton in the FA Cup Semi Finals at Wembley on Sunday  :)>>>> :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Yes when its 2-2 at Old Trafford 1st leg, how we have played and in particular defended of late, and that no English team had ever won in Porto before, no?

Yes at Old Trafford- unfortunate that as we love the 2nd leg at Old Trafford.

You think we could have a repeat of last years Luggy? I'm not sure I could survive another 1 like 2008 :swoon: although if the outcome is the same I'm taking it. I'm confident we'll see off Arsenal and I've said all along I think Barca will come unstuck to 1 of the English teams- so I think you could beat them too.
