I've worked it out BGT

Somil started the round on 19 so 5 wins is is 20 points so 39 as you have.
I started the round on 21 so 4 wins is 16 points so I'd go to 37 points.
Pacer had 3 wins in that round so moves from 20 to 32 as you have.
Conchita and Kickserve had 4 wins so moves from 19 to 35 points.
Everything else is spot on

So I think it should look like this going into the semi finals:
