Effort ?? I have enjoyed watching Svetlana of late, is she still without a coach? or is the hitting partner now her coach, he looks so young I am not so sure at the short look though I have always felt she gets over looked on some forums, perhaps because (IMO) she's not quite as pretty as others

Yeah, Svetlana is without a coach. Perhaps not coincidentally, she's playing her best tennis in 12 months. There just might be something there. What do you think?

Hi Babblelot, I was just confused about the coach In one match it was her hitting partner, then next match he turned into her coach which led to my confusion

Upon till today she was playing her best tennis, today she seemed to resort back to Svetlana of old (IMO), she didn't seem to have a clue, no disrespect to Safina who I am a fan of and congrats to her and her many fans , I still think she has a good shot at the FO .

Re: Coach Hitting partner (I worked out), but whos the other person in her camp? someone thats been helping her out since Fed Cup, didn't quite catch the name, is she her coach

Onto Dinara, her speech about her coach made me laugh anyway the coms had to appologise for her use of words She was my dark horse last year for the FO title, she nearly got there.

I never watch post-match interviews/trophy presentations, but because it was these two, I thought I'd hang around. What a disaster!

Poor Dinara, she sounded like the ultimate "dumb jock!"

She managed to squeeze "pissed off," "breast feeding" and mother's "milk" into a 150 word acceptance speech
