I think it's odd that Nico's left hand is contracted during contact.
In most pics of pros I've seen the fingers on the non-racquet hand are fully extended.

Yeah, it was a very special match. The rivalry between them, the wave, the 2 sets to love, coria serving for the match, gaudio scaping from 2 match points, vilas watching, argentinian vs argentinian, and a lot more. I even remember what I did that day  Great show!

More than 2 weeks since my last update, feel bad about it. I will tomorrow, right now I can tell you that il gato is playing a CH in Milan, and he beat today alberto martin in three sets, 6-3 3-6 6-3 (i think it was like that) and he will face ramirez hidalgo tomorrow. I couldnt watch it, but at least he´s winning matches and thats the important thing to get some confidence and points back. More later!

Luggy! Taylor Dent is going to be in Chicago next week playing at the Winnetka Challenger. I first saw Taylor 10 years ago when he was 18 playing this event.

Also, my 17 y/o neighbor Evan King will be there. I first saw Evan 13 years ago when he lived in my apartment building and played next to me with his father every day.

I´ve never seen taylor playing, but I cant imagine a boring match with taylor playing, should be incredible watching him going to the net every point...

Well, that was pretty week. Gaudio was up an early break to start the match, but got broken twice in 3 service games to drop the first set 6-4. Never in the 2nd set after going down an early break 1-4. Looked very disinterested most of the second set.

Gaston is looking good. Vintage Gaudio, so smooth, gliding on the clay and a maestro with the backhand.
