Some news about gaudio. He recently gave an interview to a radio program where he said that he will play 13 more tournaments for the rest of the year and if he gets to the 120 spot or better (of course) he will continue.
"We are in the final stage. I have 13 tournaments until the end of the year, if I end up nside the 120 sI continue. Its a quite difficult goal I set, I have to win three tournaments of the thirteen. I would like to keep playing a year more, but well, playing good tournaments"
Also he says he would like to be the president of his soccer team "Independiente of Avellaneda", or, doing what has become his favourite hobby, photography. I liked his attitude really, very relaxed.
Personally, I would like to see him playing a masters or the USO despite the retire deal. He deserves to play against a good player. Like nalbandian, he lost many matches playing awful against mediocre opponents but then when he plays rafa in the main court of miami he almoust beats him.. My point its that gaston needs that kind of motivation, tough rival in a watched or at least televised court.
Apparently he will play in Kitzbuhel first and in the Challenger of Trani then. And his ranking its 177, just 57 to go!
