Babble,Ive never had a chance to ask you,how come you don't like Federer for such a single-h-backhand lover?  ..-)

For the same reason I never liked Sampras: too dominant for way too long. It was always a forgone conclusion who was going to win. Sampras was bad; Federer was worse. What's the freakin' point? Matches were over in the locker room.

Oddly, the only reason I root for Pete today is purely for jingoistic reason. Roy Emerson held the all-time record for decades before Pete broke it, but folks have been talking about Roger breaking Pete's record for the past 3+ years. And he could do it this year, only 8 years after Pete set the record. I can't root for that.

Meh, that's enough...

btw, if Federer wins tomorrow, I'll give up. There's no point in hating on him after he wins RG and his 14th. I won't be a fan, there's just no point to root against him. He can win 20 slams and I won't care. The point is moot.

Although there can be a lot of discussions on this subject,I know you're tired of talking about Rog and stuffs,so I guess your reasons are not good but solid. So I'm ok with that  :)

Funny yes.But ironically that was maybe the most crucial point of the match. With the very good reason Gonzalez got angry, because the ball was out...

He wouldn't nag to the referee and the lineguy if he wasn't sure it was out.
And yeah, I must say Gonzalez was unlucky several times in the first 2 sets.

Why would they do that?  :confused1:
On Eurosport they didn't, it was live though, but don't see any reason why they would do that.

Have anybody ever heard of Marat Safin's nickname "Jazz"? How did he get that nickname?
