Thank you, for the Federer-Stepanek HL's.. I would appreciate it if the HL's of the Djokovic - Nadal final could be uploaded. The Djoker might have lost his No.3 ranking to Murray, but he is fast becoming the greatest threat to Federer and possibly, Nadal.

Always a pleasure to be involved in this fantastic thread.

Anyway, this is such a random match to make highlights for but someone requested it on youtube. Turned out to be a much better match than I remember.

I tried to adjust the contrast, coz the original VHS rip wasn't all that fantastic, hopefully the ball comes up clear :D

Hello guys,
This is my first post here in the video forum. I have a lot of tennis matches but unfortunately the country where I live the internet is so slow that it takes me about 4 hours to upload 50 MB.
However I managed to make the highlight of Federer vs Zverev in Rome and compressed it with a different codec.
The clip is 6:56 minutes long and about 43 MB.
The ball is clearly visible and if anyone downloads it, I'd like a reply to know if the picture quality is suitable for watching.

Here where I am, we have two channels that show tennis. Super Sport/Espn which you can only watch when you subscribe (about $60). And then there's Aljazeera sport which shows all Masters tournament for free at almost HD quality.
By the way I have been seeing videos lately with .mkv format. I'd like to know what it does and if it gives better picture than XVID/AVI.

all I have is espn2 and fsn which both suck in picture quality

mkv is just a container. Same as avi. You used h264 codec in your highlights vid and the quality and size was perfect

Yep, it is a real pity that the Nadal-Murray video file was corrupt cuz the first 12 mins of it were worth watching. Thanks for the effort. I would welcome it if the video could be re-uploaded to correct the fault.
