very good highlights, good quality and excellent point selection!!!!!  I don't care if there are black borders and funny aspect ratio, as long as there wasn't too much cropping like in the Djokovic AO highlights!!!  Best watched in VLC with 5:4 ratio and cropped to 16:9.  Now I can delete those 9 mins youtube highlights which were way insufficient.

The toronto one was weird though, just those 2 points??  :confused1: an error and a down the line fh?  Oh well,

On my end, I will have Federer vs. Roddick and Verdasco vs. Tsonga.

This is a must watch for anyone who likes flat hitting with depth. If Nadal and Verdasco are looking for more power & depth in their game, they should seat down together, watch this and wow themselves.

Sorry I didn't have a clip of the match point: Last year when I was cutting out the clips, I was just looking to highlight the good shots.... Now, that I am a smarter highlighter, I'm looking to highlight not only the good shots, but the important ones too.

hey guys!! first of all thanks for all the amazing highlights in this thread and the guys who made them.

second, if is not too much to ask, i would like to ask someone to make highlights of federer vs agassi us open 2005 final. that match was so amazing that i think deserves more than the one with 3:44 minutes long. thanks in advance and god bless all the highlight makers. ://

I think I have the match... but I disliked the tennis quality because of the 30mph winds: Right at that time there was some tropical storm creating havoc everywhere around the East Coast of the US. Agassi and Federer should've had a kite competition instead of tennis.

I really enjoyed those two actually  ://  Especially Gasquet vs. Haas.  We need to have some short highlights every once in a while, just the jawdropping points!!!

Also, just my advice, you could limit the bitrate to something like 1300 kbps for video and 96 or 128 kbps for audio.  Right now, the combined is around 3000-4000!!! Which sometimes is more than the source!

but I'm pretty sure both 2004 & 2005 finals were very windy, 2004 was the hurricane one though.  I agree, it definitely deserves more than 3 something mins.

The next Federer match on my radar is the TMC 2003 Final and/or RR vs. Agassi.  Some of Federer's best tennis and since the Federermagic's highlights were removed from youtube, I might as well do them.

Is that what is making the file size big? I thought what makes the file-size big is the unsharp mask, sharpening, and 100% divx quality that I apply at the final rendering.

Plus, I can convert the avi to MP4 at the end, but don't want to over-process the files, because the matches that I download are already over-processed.

exactly. but in 2004 the match was really dictated by the wind in the last 2 sets. the 2005 one the wind didn't affect the match at all. well, if someone could do some highlights, it will be very appreciated. thanks again.
