I had some problems with encoding, I'll try to make a better version later.

I don't know exactly what it is, the encoding process went well, but the final result has some glitches. I encoded many times but all of the results had the same kind of problem.

hmm you're right, that was a tricky file to highlight.   There's too few I-frames to cut losslessly and I'm guessing the encoded finished file had very distorted lines?  I'll try to play around with the settings
