I am  Thai  .I cannot  speak and write english well.  Please tell me about the stance .How many type of them.what situation that I should  use each stance.And please tell me about movemant in tennis  . What is small step,cross over step etc. and indication to use them.
   I used the leeson lounge to train myself .It very useful for me.THank you.
