Dude, he I was all pumped to see a video, I went to click play and realized it was just an image.

Tough to tell from just one shot to be honest.  Although what I see does not look bad at all.  Looks like your fairly well balanced, follow through looks like if it continues it will be fine.  But like I mentioned, just a snap shot is really tough to tell.   If you could take several shots and post them in a row that would help too.
Good Luck on the Court!!!

I was going to say the same thing. One picture doesn't tell a story. Looks OK from that picture, but you are hitting against a wall. I don't often leave the ground when I'm hitting against a wall.

An ambition fulfilled
And is the sawdust jealous?
I worry about these things .

Though it's only a still picture, it's easy to tell lots of good things are happening with this stroke!
Good balance and extension.  Quiet head.
Left arm looks a bit out of sorts.....

Nice job! :)
CONK da ball!!!

As I mentioned above there are many positives to your FH, nice job.

Now that you've added the vid, I have an observation which just so happens to occur on the first FH and the BH.
It looks like you're slightly off balance and reaching for the ball instead of moving to get the ball in your strike zone.

Please remember that I'm no expert, just a fellow player. :)

I definitely just rewinded and watched that last forehand at least 7 times.  Good job. I think its fine, as long as you have proper balance after you land and the shot's effective. That's also a somewhat high forehand - is that where you typically get the ball?

You have a nice contemporary forehand! This is to say that ur using a full western full looping backswing making nice contact..even incorporating some "quad" extension into your contach..meaning rising with your legs, even once getting air. What I noticed was your nice backhand..that when you struck it..you knew that you'd be getting a forehand off the wall (what kinda wall?)!

2 Tips: Use MORE legs when you can..by getting lower and deeper on both open stance and closed...adding both power..and thru the torque of your leg muscles..also control!

Hey..nice village in the backround!  Where are you?   Dan
