2005 - Played first two Tour main draws, falling 1r at Kolkata but reaching SF at Guangzhou (l. to Yan); fell in Tour qualifying twice; won one singles title and one doubles title on ITF Circuit.
2006 - First Top 100 season; SF at Tashkent (l. to Sun); debuted at all four Grand Slams, best result being 3r at US Open (l. to Chakvetadze); made Top 100 debut on July 10 (after Wimbledon; rose from No.101 to No.99); won first Tour doubles title.
2007 - Breakthrough season highlighted by first two Tour singles finals and two Top 10 wins; runner-up twice, at Estoril (l. to Arn 26 61 76(3); held 2mp at 5-4 third set) and Tashkent (l. to Parmentier 75 62; led 5-3 w/3sp in first set); SF at Prague (ret. vs. Morigami w/right hip strain); QF three times, at Los Angeles (l. to Jankovic), Luxembourg (d. No.8 Petrova en route for first Top 10 win; l. to Zvonareva) and Moscow (d.
