Maybe Vegas, if vegas doesnt get it done, nothing will, but anyway, if your PC is not a beast it'll take days to convert to any other codec...

Mkv (h264), 1280x720 @ 60fps? You gotta be crazy to convert a match like that, it'll take years

You can also try with  H264TS_Cutter.
But you can only use TS files with this software, so you have to convert your mkv files first (with tsMuxeR for example).

Good luck.

First of all, you can demux your TS file with TSMuxer. It will create 2 new files : one for the audio (.ac3 for example) and one for the video (.h264).
Then, you can merge these two files with MKVmerge, which makes you a mkv file.

That's the best solution I found to avoid sync problems but that's not probably the best (and not the simplest I guess).

I hope what I said is quite clear for you because I know my English is not very good (I'm French).

To be honest, I discovered h264tscutter a few weeks ago and I don't know all about it.

You can try to change the CutIn and CutOut frame type (IDR-Frame, I-Frame, maybe B-Frame) and see what happens.
That's what I do, so I can't help you much than that.

Good luck.

That's the problem.  :(

I didn't find a solution to change the cut type for every part once you have cut the file.

I have a program called allok video splitter that can cut .mkv files, it change the format to another, because it canīt conserve the same container, but the quality is the same...

in the USO 2007 F that I uploaded, I added a sample on .mp4 which I cutted using these program, and IMO the quality and the audio are still great. If you want to see the sample, here is the link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZDZIKQ1Z

Well, is not like the avidemux or the solveiMM.

as you can see, you can splitt into a number of clips, or seconds or MB, the thing is that I think could be useful for you, because you can cut it into smaller files in, for example, .mp4, so you can use avidemux or the program you usually use.
