Over the weekend we had Alex Rodriguez getting outed for failing a steroid test from 2003, then yesterday we had Miguel Tejada peading guilt for lying to a jury about his own steroids use. Now we have Roberto Alomar getting sued by his ex girlfriend for.... well for having AIDs.
Now, I"m not sure what her beef is specifically, and what the actual grounds for her suit are. She says she had been asking him to be tested for HIV for three years, yet consented to having sex during that same time. When he finally did consent, he was found not just to be HIV positive, but to have AIDs. However, her tests turned up negative. She's suing for emotional distress though.
