I've got an account but not a premium one ~ I've been able to upload nearly 1Gb but I find that files over about 600Mb tend to stall and you're much better off using the separate upload manager (thanks to a handy tip from Carletto I think!)
I've not had problems with files under 600Mb thankfully!

I never had any probs when I used to have a prem account but the weirdest thing's been happening this week. I signed up as a free member.. and after a couple of uploads, the speed would just drop off the face of the earth - like 0.0 k/s to 8.8 k/s (mostly 0.0). after hours of waiting for it to start speeding up, and stopping and resuming and everything else I could think of, I decided to try to do anonymously - and bam! full upload speed. Strange.

if i want to join all parts wich soft you recommend?
im using Boilsoft video joiner but it makes a delay on the final file
no matter what final extencion i use (mp4, mpg, avi, mov...)
