What was all the emotion about?  What was Helio dealing with recently? 

he was being charge with tax evasion, his career would have been over if he was convicted and his sister would have done time time with him also cause she is his financial manager or some other title like that. He wasn't going to be able to compete in the race but he was acquitted of the tax evasion a few weeks ago and cleared of all charges a few days before the race and then he wins it. Don't quote me on the story but that's basically what went down.
