The issue was with the megaupload program i was using hmmm. Well here's the match. It was divided into chunks when i downloaded it.

First thing you do is Download the file that is damaged again. Delete the broken file and replace it with a newly downloaded one.

If that still doesnt work, download the .PAR files that are in the same download folder.

Download and install Quickpar (http://www.quickpar.org.uk/)

Once installed, click on one of the .PAR files (make sure the PAR files and RAR files are in the same folder).

If damaged, click on repair.

Then try to extract again.
