what is exactly that?
what can I do? do I have to delete my video or what?
am I going to get banned my account get closed or what?

No, it means that one of the two songs you used is under copyrights.  But you don't have to take down your video.  I get that sometimes, it just means you might get some ads on the bottom of the video some times.  But check your account sometimes to see if the copyright claim changes, then you will have to take it down.  But for now it's good, usually music is good, unless your using the whole original music video.  Also you get three strikes for videos getting taken off.  Once you get three videos taken off Youtube then you will get banned.  Hope this helps.

You have to own it, or it could get taken down.  It all depends on the content owner, he wants if off now, they'll tell you.  If it changes it'll tell you to delete the video, if you don't delete it then Youtube will delete it and then you'll get one strike.

You got scroll over your username in the top right corner, then when the your see "Account, My Videos, etc"  click on "My Videos", then look for the video you have the copyright claims, then click on "View Copyright Info".  You'll see it there.
