Outbackjack's encodes are from TSN HD (real HD source).  I d'led Fed-Chela and it was indeed HD.  could use a higher bitrate, though, and it's 29.97 fps.  At 2000 kbps, there were some noticeable artifacts

I think delimit's upscaled HD caps are clean enough, albeit not as sharp but much smoother at 50 fps

Ya, TSN HD is actual HD.  Also I completely agree with you fgzhu88, there could have been a higher bitrate and fps, but I'll enjoy it either way :)

Many thanks for your great highlights, but why the speed i download your highlights is so slowly, only 10kb/s ? and other's highlights or match it near 1.5mb/s, it’s too puzzling..... :( :(
