Thank you a lot for your work! But, is there a reason why you convert your highlights to xvid? If there's a lack of information about h.264, aac or the mp4-container, don't hesitate to ask for my help! For HD-videos, xvid is not a good choice. But if you still want to use xvid, then please reduce the resolution to 704x400 (in case of 1280x720). About quality issues with xvid-encoding you can ask me too! I would like to help you, because you help me A LOT with your highlights!

Thanks a lot for your highliths too! But, I have got problems with your avc-videos. I tried it with different players (smplayer, media player classic, media player 11) and different decoders (coreavc, smplayer internal decoder, divx-hd-decoder), but after every scene-cut there are artifacts. This is, why I watch your videos only once and delete them afterwards instead of convert them into xvid-sd-vids to watch them with my standalone-dvd-player. thats sad because of the time you invested. perhaps these artifacts could be avoided? have you tried closed-gops within the conversion or different tools to create an mp4-container-file (mp4box, yamb, avidemux, ffmpeg)?
