You can stay with rapidshare because it's the most reliable hoster, but slow at the moment. You can upload to hotfile or megashares or uploaded (it's speed is very fast sometimes late night; gmt+1) and so on, but sometimes there's no free download-slot for free-users or files get deletet fast and so on. My only advice is to wait till everything gets better (faster). For me, today, hotfile is the fastest way to download. Maybe a fast russian hoster will be born. The alternative is using youtube or vimeo, which are both very fast and the quality of the reencoded material is quite fine. And with firefox-addons like DownloadHelper or Embedded Objects it's easy to grab and download all youtube-videofiles to hd.
