Is there a way to just download the Davydenko speech ceremony? If I download the last .rar would it work?

Sadly you canīt. You have to download the entire match, each part, unless someone upload only the speech that you want.

I know! but in Iran, therer is low speed internet and i can't download big file( more than 10-15 MB) in one time and beacuse this upload sites don't support RESUME I can't download these highlights! but in torrent I can!
You have fast internet in your countries so please upload these highlight in one torrent!

I haven't done any London highlights but I don't want my highlights uploaded to torrent sites. In fact I'm pretty annoyed as I've been told that someone else has been uploading them without credit or permission  :)>>>> Seems to be a bit of an ongoing trend :mad1:

Anyway I hope you find a downloading solution or the highlighters themselves agree to upload for you.

If you go to www.rapidshare.com and click on the Rapid Tools tab, you can download Rapidshare Manager, which DOES allow resuming interrupted downloads, even for free accounts. Hope that helps!
