Yes, these matches for a wild card place in AO 2010 are being televised, and I am capping them.

A round robin format, just like the YE tournaments. These are the recorded matches from the first day:

Meanwhile, they haven't posted Day 2 (yet) [they did mention the possibility of rain, and that if it rained they will postpone as opposed to going indoors. Will have to wait and see....]

Wow, what a cool surprise!  This is the first I've ever heard of wild card playoffs being televised.  Guess it goes to show how much the Aussies love their sports.

I'm on holidays in Victoria (much colder than Queensland) and I've just gone past Rod Laver, (we had a game there actually) and there was no rain to be seen!

Well, I don't know what happened, but I now have two of the three of Day 2's matches in the first thread. I'll have the third match later today.

I also have Day 3's matches but the filenames and the names of the women playing are different! I'll get it straightened out and then post them.
