Need some help finding...

Someone posted something here a few weeks ago.  It was 3 guys driving through a city in the US (in the state of Georgia?).  They each had their own car and the other decorated it.  If they got shot at they scored bonus points or something like that?

I cannot find that video on Youtube.  Help me out yos!
