Funny you post this. I went out and bought two bottles for the first time in my life. I am thinking I should go on a diet, I really need to lose a good 20lbs at least by summer.

I love the taste!
Watch the sodium intake though, it's rather high in the original V8.
The low-sodium version is kinda blah though.

Of course I buy the 12-year instead of the pricier blue label. But it was the smoothest whiskey I ever tried. About the same as Gentlemen Jack's.

A most excellent idea.  I'll be experimenting with concocting my own jalapeno sauces this fall.  Tried pickling some last year and they came out pretty good.
Perhaps some homegrown horseradish will do the trick as well.
