No one site has an exclusive right to distribute matches but t3nnis act like they're the copyright holders. Accusing people of uploading t3nnis files when in fact they were uploading their own caps but the t3nnis mods hadn't bothered checking. Disgraceful attitude to users.
I know there are a couple of decent mods there but they are definitely in the minority.

Can EVERYONE make sure if they are re-uploading a cap that they have the capper's permission please. I won't be fighting anyone's battles for them!!!

Yes, I totally understood that. Nowadays, I always ask the capper myself. I don't assume or trust word of mouth anymore. They won't bother with how you got them, or what precautions you've took, once they are sure that the cap's from them, you get a warning and then a banned. So everyone, be warned. Just keep their stuff within the tennis.tv index page, that how they like it.
