How disappointing Mavs. Dirk did all he needed to do by being the highest scoring player on any team tonight. Bench players need to do better.

Barkley made some good points tonight. He felt this was a "feel it out" game for the Mavs since they hadn't faced a team like the Heat so far. He feels they will make the necessary adjustments and win in 6. He's been so good with his predictions. He chose Grizzlies over Spurs, Hawks over Magic, Mavs over Lakers and Heat over Celtics so far so I hold a lot of weight in his predictions.

You can make all the adjustments you want but those 3 players need to hit their shots. 2 of the 3 are streaky jump shooters with histories of disappearing during pressure situations. Peja hasn't shot well since the Lakers series and Terry hasn't shot well since the 1st game of the Thunder series.

JJB is overexposed by Carlisle as usual

Yep couldn't have said it better. Those 3 were just missing and action. Particularly Barea and Terry.

What a hell of a game!!! That I didn't start watching until the Mavs cut the lead to 6, lol. So happy to head back to Dallas with the split especially with that comeback.

3/3 is what they really really need. Miami has just lost one game at home these playoffs.

So has Dallas. They only lost game 2 against OKC. They won games 1 and 2 at home against Portland. Games 3 and 4 against LA and games 1 and 5 against OKC. They've now won 6 games on the road. These two teams are a lot more even than folks like to give the Mavs credit for.

Mavs look terrible so far. Dirk isn't shooting well again, the bench has been pathetic again, and the defense has been atrocious so far.

I'm still here in the other sports section. I've been watching tennis but don't feel like posting about it.

The Mavs bench is being out played by the Heat which is killing the Mavs since their starters is basically Dirk. its time to sit Peja in favor of Brewer. JJB would be benched to but Roddy isn't and was never healthy to play all year.

Can't believe Dirk and the Mavs where was this shooting vs LA!

A series I desperately want them to win and they're playing like this. Game 2 was a great comeback yes but if Miami hadn't got complacent this would now be 3-0 Heat.
