Why fluro/lime green?
« on: January 30, 2011, 12:37:25 PM »
Talking tennis fashion isn't my favorite pastime.
However, I am curious as to why so many players were wearing green at this year's AO.
I half heard a commentator mention this but missed the explanation.
Does anyone here know of a specific reason for the 'wearing of the green'?
CONK da ball!!!

I don't think its for luck. Its the game that matters for your win and not luck.... Maximum players wearing green might be a co-incidence...

No real expaination that I know of, not that I WOULD know, but I really really like the fluro/lime green color for athletic wear, esp shoes.  :thumbs-up:
