Yeah, aches and pains are a constant here. Back when I was in college I could hit the courts with an injury, play, and when I was done feel fine and never bothered by it again. I was in phenomenal shape then too. Working out in the gym 90 minutes a day, several hours of tennis a day (well, that was high school, I guess, tennis dropped off a little in college due to time and lack of indoor courts). Now I am getting shorter and fatter by the minute. Now if you will excuse me, I need to roll my fat a$$ to the fridge to get something to eat...
