No one can download from you as long as you upload parts bigger than 400mb
Use WinRar to rar the files, you can download it here:

You can easily select 400mb as rar file size by rightclicking on the video to upload

from me they are taking how somebody has an account premium.And if I am supposed to glue 100 MB in I am taking too much time upload.
