Need Website Help!

I am creating a new website for something and I need help!  Should be a very simple matter and I am stuck!  I have a dark background and a dark image that goes inside of the dark background.  Sadly the image has some stupid thin line around it.  I have border set to 0.  Can anyone help?

It sounds like you have a template format issue. You can't change a template's format. Can you choose another template?

Well, that's how I understand these things, anyway.
