I am looking for a good racquet for speed type player, something light weight but can withstand strong shot.

What's the difference?

The light racquets are overall light.  Head light racquets (like what I have) can be heavier but the weight is lower on the racquet which allows me to have a heavier racquet but still have a racquet head that can still be easily moved around...
