going into the clay season this year, roland garros 2012 was the most anticipated slam in the last 5 years or so, after wimbledon 2008 (rafa being the first spaniard after santana in 66 to win wimbley).......

nadal might have cooled off all the talk already with those early signs of invincibility and might well be on his way again to turn this season too into another no contest but still the slam is special for more than one reason.......borg's record is going to get toppled and djoko fans are anticipating something which hasn't been accomplished since 1969........so the hype is understandable.......nadal might just have shut the door on djokovic, i feel.......he is hitting his stride like he normally does on clay.......
