I just can NOT believe we have Novak and Roger again .... statistically this is not possible  :\... whatever.

my reaction was the same  :confused1:

maybe djoper would be no1 earlier if he wasn't going against Fed all the time [how many 1/2 on US open alone they played....]
or maybe Fed would already had total weeks as no1 record in his pocket  :))

Alk, they are meeting in 15 out of last 18 slams ... regardless of everything (their rankings)... it just doesn't make any sense to me. I mean, I love watching both guys, but still

just watching Tsonga vs. Kuznetsov ... never seen this kid before, but he is a fine player ... holly, his BH DTL is just fantastic ... and he is skinnier than Djokovic  :rofl_2: (I didn't think that was possible)

Can't play smashmouth tennis on clay.

Patience, consistency, endurance, and excellent movement are rewarded.
Name one American player in the past 20 years who's possessed at least 2 of those qualities. ;-()  I can think of a few, but the list is very short.

swish, It just doesn't make any sense to me. It does not really matter to me who meets whom ...  it just so strange that Djokovic and Federer end up 'together' all the time  :\

I don't think it's random.
How do they make these draws anyway? Behind closed doors or is the press there?

I'm irritated DelPo keeps ending in Fed's part of the draw, it's been four or five times I think this year alone.
I want to see him play Nadal, Djokovic regardless of the result.

Interesting that they waited a day to update the rankings due to a rain delay.  Fed would be seeded #2 here and it would have avoided this situation.  I do not believe he is the #2 seed, but still...
Good Luck on the Court!!!

Go Mahut!

Probably Roddick's strategy so he can have extra time on the grass. : )

i think frauderacione francais de tenis has scheduled nadal's first round on wednesday or something so that they can make him play 3 or 4 matches at a stretch should it rain on wednesday.......

They said they were not going to seed for the French until Rome was over...so if it had been a rain delay through Tuesday, Wednesday, etc., they still would not have seeded for the French until then.

But the seeds are what they are. The draw is what it is. You just have to live with it and move on.

Congratulations to Roger on matching Connor's record of most number of Grand Slam matches won. Undoubtedly this number will still be rolling. Go Roger. He looked good on his opener.
I love Roger, but seriously I will F#@$ him up if he pulls off any BULLC#@$ like the one he did in Rome's semi's. GO ROGER.....

And I hope for a great semi's again this year between Roger and Nole. I remember last year, watching the match culminate in my French Class. I was so fidgety and nervous that everyone in the class thought that I was on crack or something.
