has dimitrov won a title yet?
I don't think so. He is fun to watch, very talented, but not very consistent/effective. He does make some beautiful shots but tennis is not ballet, if you know what I mean. as I said before none of these youngsters are that good. We are stuck with Djokovic and Nadal for next few years, they'll probably take all slams. maybe it's a bold prediction but I have a really strong feeling about this, plus Fed is not done yet ... although he is slowing down, he is still capable of winning another major ... plus he have Murray who is hanging in there. It is going to take some miracle to go through all 4 of them.
well, for me 60-70 players in the top 100 are fun to watch. the question should be: when will dimitrov win a title? take Young 1 final lost in his career in 2011 at age 21, or Gulbis born in 88 won two titles in Delray2010 and LA2011. Dimitrov born in 91, Tomic and Harrison in 92, no finals yet played. It takes now more time from both female and men to make the transition from juniors to establish top pro players, the game has evolved too much, you don't see anymore players breaking at age 17-18 like the ones we all know. to read the list of juniors finalists at majors in recent years shows that the transition is very slow.
Only one exception, Raonic, born december 90, future top 10 for sure and very probably top 5.
