Those are some nice pix herc. I can feel the calmness flowing through by veins.

You can get a pretty nice camera for not too much but take some time before buying one, read reviews and things like that. You want to be comfortable with your decision.

those are top brands there general. it will probably be a nikon or a canon but i will do the research to see which one fits my needs the best for now.

you need to get a grab a hot meal and then just take some rest. i would also try a shot of rum or whiskey. it will do some good.

the Chinese bitter tea does not help me that much, i felt better sometimes, but then i felt awful yesterday, guess my body is too weak from stress and the bad weather does not help either

now i am worried that i won't be recovered before my European trip, as it only left 2 weeks before I go, I keep praying to god

i hear ya mimi. excessive stress and anxiety can definitely lower the effectiveness of the immune system.

you probably just need to drop some of the work for a couple of days if possible and take in more rest and relaxation.

oh goodness. you are going to have to take some added rest.

start eating really well and take in more rest and relaxation. make sure to drink lots of water and plenty of fresh juices. a brisk daily walk as soon as you start to feel better is a must also mimi.

i know you like to swim. that will work also but now add a walk to your exercises.
