NOTE THAT TODAY'S SEMI MAY BE  STARTING EARLY because of an unfavorable weather forecast.

I expect this will introduce chaos into the TV presentations.

It also interferes with my morning game  :mad1:

More likely they'll have both matches in progress simultaneously.

Let's hope for solid play from the four semi-finalists today!
They've backed the start up to 11 a.m. sharp in anticipation of showers later in the afternoon.  Radar in Jersey shows showers headed that way now. :(
CONK da ball!!!

I'm so pissed with all of this weather crap, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr  :mad1:. Get a freaking roof, some tent over whichever court, do bloody something. I was so pumped up to watch semis and now I'm losing interest completely. USTA, STUPID, STUPID, STUPID.

this is why I hate outdoors sometimes, when the wind gets to heavy, it turns into WTA with serves at 80mph.
The wind will always favor defensive players.

True. If this match were played under calm conditions, Berdych would have had a good chance of winning. But the windy conditions have ensured that Murray will prevail today, no matter what.

This is why I like indoor tennis. No other variables come into play indoors.

I understand the the wind makes things tough, on both players, but what Berdych has produced in the third set, is just pathetic...
Really hard to believe that this is the same player who beat Roger in the quarters.

Murray playing much smarter, throwing in off-speed balls, and let Berdych generate pace ( and miss )
Double break point again for Murray now.

Anxious to see how Nole and David do in the wind.  It will be a better match than this pot of a$$ that is playing now.
Good Luck on the Court!!!

Berdych showing signs of life, breaks Murray to get back on serve.

really hate this stupid wind. they can't even serve properly. both of them have to toss the ball 5 like times before they actually hit it. still I think that Murray is playing more intelligently than Berdych.

Transmission here was blocked by lots of storm emergency stuff  :big boss: (it's on it's way to you New York!) so I didn't see the ending which sounds exciting. But for much of the match Murray had the upper hand and, as people say, it was "annoying" tennis.
