Thanks mimi, something will turn up.

Nadal isn't finished yet, he just has to get healed up and then in shape.

he has nobody to blame but himself mimi.

this is not the first time he has messed up his knees. he simply refuses to get off the hard courts.

he cries about the damage the hard courts do and yet he cant stay off those courts.

did i tell you that they built him an indoor hard court in mallorca so he can wreck his knees around the clock. what the hell was he thinking?

well he deserves his knee issues.

ok ok mimi. i will cut him some slack. :) :))

but he better not let me see him playing doubles on hard courts again. or any meaningless exos on those courts. he doesnt need the money.

what he needs is 2-3 more good years on the tour. money will roll in anyway.

and its time to get on clay and stay on clay.

herc - from a money & glory standpoint Nadal has achieved everything already. The only thing left would be to usurp Federer's slam # and that's impossible, so why wreck the knees to the point where he'll need replacement surgery?
Then we will fight in the shade.

hu, if not for Murray and Bennedau, Rosol and Rafa's bad knees?  Rafa may still be able to catch Roger's grand slams records.   16 vs 11 is not as far away as 17 vs 11.  Yes, now, he has no chance to catch up with roger ....... :mad1: :mad1:

and i am about to go for lunch, see you all later  :rofl_2:

Djokovic stopped Nadal 3 slams in a row.
That hurt a hell of a lot.

Now go eat.......    :rofl_2:

enjoy your lunch mimi. we will see you later.

general fed fan nadal is nadal. fed cant catch nadal and nadal cant catch fed`s 17 slams.

dont try to compare the two. their comparison is meaningless. nadal is a lot younger and also he has wrecked knees. its really  a miracle that he has 11 majors.

nadal is his own man. he does not lay awake worrying about catching fed. he just worries if he will ever get a break from messed up knees. he is perfectly capable of standing on his own record. nobody will ever approach, much less equal what nadal has accomplished in such a short time while almost always being injured.

it is possible that some day somebody will come and get 15-17 slams but nobody is ever going to be able to win 7-8 RG crowns.

lot of those slams will have to come on quicker surfaces. wimbledon is the least demanding of all slams so if you have a monster serve, you need to rack up 6-7 there.

and then you need to rack up another 8-9 on hard courts. again that big serve will come in mighty handy. and next thing you know, you are in the ball park.

you just cant get away with that on clay. red clay negates your serve and  you are left to fight for every point.

the surface and the game is just too demanding on the red clay. that is why some of the biggest names ever could not even manage a single title at RG.

general fed fan i am going to make a big prediction. lately i have been on a roll.

i did say that murray was going to win the u.s. open long before the tournament started.

now i am predicting another masters crown for Fed at shanghai masters.

i have a feeling that he is going to steal one. the surface is extremely fast and he has improved his serve.

herc - I also agree that Federer is going to take Shanghai for his record 22nd Masters title. He is super motivated to clinch the YE#1 before the World Tour Finals and winning Shanghai would go a long way towards that goal. Also his serve is pretty much been outstanding since 2006.
Then we will fight in the shade.

Can't we all just appreciate these supermen in our midst? I mean Roger, Rafa & Nole are not mortals.
