i was passing through the town of abita springs today so i decided to go for a bike ride on this paved bike trail.

this trail is called the st. tammany trace. no cars are allowed on it and it is around 40 miles long.

i also rode a little bit along the lake.

and this was some sort of a pavillion along that bike path in the town of abita springs:

i celebrated with some friends on sunday night mimi. that is why i was invited to a dinner party.

my brother is out of town and so we will wait until this weekend to have family dinner and champagne.

there is a price to be paid for all that riding i have been doing.

now i have developed a bit of an allergy situation. runny nose and stuff.
