Rasmussen Poll: Romney Leads Obama in Swing States 50-46    Thursday, 25 Oct 2012 01:22 PM

Mitt Romney is now attracting support from 50 percent of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns the vote from 47 percent — an indication that the GOP candidate is holding his lead and momentum after the final debate earlier this week.

More importantly, a new Rasmussen poll shows the Republican leading Obama in the crucial swing states that will determine the election, according to new data released Thursday.

The swing states collectively hold 146 Electoral College votes and include Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

In the 11 swing states, Mitt Romney earns 50 percent of the vote to Obama’s 46 percent. Two percent like another candidate in the race, and another two percent are undecided.

This is now the third day in a row - and the fifth time in the past six days - that Romney has hit the 50 percent mark in the combined swing states in a Rassmussen poll.

CD - unfortunately I still see Obama winning by 280+ electoral votes.
Then we will fight in the shade.

I did check into this. I see that Nadal has withdrawn leaving a spot open.

I'm starting to wonder about Nadal, his motivation, if he has other problems or if the knee is worse than what we know.

i am worried about nadal too general swish. he is supposed to return on december 27th.

lets see how it plays out. i hear he has resumed training. it just better be on clay or he can say goodbye to the remander of career right now and be done with it.

the recipe is very simple: practice and play more on clay year around or its no cigar.

CD - All Fed has to do is beat Paire to retain the #1 ranking for 1 more week, then he loses it after Paris. Oh well, 300+ weeks is all that mattered. I guess all Fed cares about these days is more titles. 90 titles, 20 slams.
Then we will fight in the shade.

I'm starting to wonder about Nadal, his motivation, if he has other problems or if the knee is worse than what we know.

Hmmm, I don't think he has serious problems, maybe he felt his physical, mental, whatever condition was not good enough to win the USO and it's all about the slams for him now, so why not take a break. These breaks are good for him, just look at the one before the USO he's won.

hola general nekromanta.

well all that matters to me is the next RG. he needs to defend his RG crown and he will.

the rest will take care of itself. hopefully he learned something from 2012. its no fun sitting on the sidelines for the majority of the year and dropping like a rock in the rankings.
