This may not be a "who's who" of tennis line up, but it's an ATP event & if the "who's who" is all that matters, this board should be called   "Tennis4TheWho'sWho!"     Judging from the lack of interest shown in these match threads,  it is obvious the "who's who" is all that matters.

The final between Del Potro & Zimlja should be good, I hope. D-P has played well enough to get to the final but had some tough matches.  Zimlja has already exceeded expectations.  D-P was denied the title by Tsonga last year, lets see if he can win it this year as he heads to Basel.

D-P has been broken in the first set - it's 4-3 to Zemlja, but is about to break back.

Well, GZ has made D-P work. A great effort from him.  D-p too good in the 12th game of the fist set, playing superb attacking winners to take it 7-5.

EDIT:     D-P wins in straight sets.  Well done to him, after returning from a break.  This will no doubt be a boost as he heads to Basel.

Agreed.
Nice to see Tommy get #500.
Gulbis & Young continue to disappoint, despite the gifts they have.

Good tournament for Del Potro.

He needs to up his game in bigger tournaments, he doesn't even have a masters yet.
Being talked about like he is you would think he would have better results.

A slam is nice but a long time ago, over 3 years now. There's plenty of fans waiting to see his old game and some devastation.
Hopefully this is the start of something for the tower.

I have to agree with GBY.

I was pleasantly surprised by Zemlja. Have to admit I haven't seen much of his tennis, but what I saw, I really liked.
His shots are mostly flat and he's in general very aggressive. Its always great seeing those types of players getting to the finals.

Gratz to DelPo and his fans tho, still a good tournament for him.
