you got it raferminator. we will open up a cycling lounge here in a few months. :)

Excellent! Warning: Raferminator likes Alberto!  :rofl_2:

Listening to some wonderful music FedFanForever posted! Nice...  :)

I constantly see 35 to 45 guests here. Is it that crowded with Anonymous users all the time? Everko, if you ever drop by, please sign up!  :king:

i see as many as 50 guests at times. here is the deal.

i think castle attracts a lot of readers. some of them are probably from the toxic dump. they are checking up on us.

and the others probably just like to read the castle for various reasons. and finally some are checking out the forum to see if they might consider joining here.

those checking up on us are brainwashed by the mods and the admin at the toxic dump. you see we are not the bad people they have made us out to be.

we still constitute a bit of a threat to those losers. they are still afraid of us.

It just goes without saying that it surprises me how many people potentially could be here at this Forum, especially when it is almost December and Tennis season is over. I really did not know much about this Forum, but I'm encouraged that a reliable competitor to Toxic Dump is rising. It has the potential to be such a big Forum with many fans. Tennis Warehouse is a little juvenile and Tennis.com seems in the Dark Ages in terms of being a board.  I will have to start posting in the main section, but probably will wait for Abut Dhabi.

Cool that others like Alberto. I still think he has burned more than is fair. He is a real talent, and his bursts of strength and timing of his attacks are still the best. I'm so happy about the Vuelta a Espaņa. That was a great race. The Tour de France this year was extremely boring!  :ZZZZZ)  One knows who is going to win after the first Mountain Stage EVERY year now. They have got to do something to bring some drama back to the Tour.

General, I think I told you on the Castle back at Toxic Dump that I typically don't drink alcohol. I do at holidays and dates but never have it home. People would be surprised to know I'm a health nut. I posted Acai, but I will mix it with Rum. I also drink Martgueritas (sp) when I get the courage, but those knock me right out. The truth is that I am light and alcohol makes me feel sick the next day. Maybe I am just a lightweight?  ;>)

Good night CD, sleep well.

Hey Raferminator, I'm really happy you're here, got a bit scared you didn't post yesterday but I won't worry now that you explained all that stuff about your job. Now listen, I'm like that too, I sometimes have to concentrate on a particular job 100%, so there are times when I don't post  for weeks or even months, especially in the season, which is spring and summer for me. If you experience  that it doesn't mean I've left or anything like that....

Yes, Jani, I am the same way as far as posting goes. I think I only averaged posting 1 post a day at Toxic Dump, and it was almost always on weekends. I share the same sentiments about Chat threads. I get scared that people will think that I don't care when the truth is that I am afraid of becoming addicted like I would to Top Spin 4, and then I would get mad at myself too. Online entertainment can make me procrastinate on doing chores and seeing people too...so that is the main worry for me.

not much at the moment general nekromanta. i am getting ready to go for a bike ride. :))

weather here today is outstanding. need to take advantage of that.

i still maintain that drinking in moderation is good for health general nekromanta.

a glass of beer or a glass of red wine cant hurt you. its hard liquor that can do the damage so you have to hit that in moderation.

Dunno, even a beer makes me lazier than I normally am. After a beer or two I often decide not to go to the gym or the swimming pool and laze around instead.

that is why you have drink after all your workouts and all your work. :))

general nekromanta i can see some growth happening here in a few weeks.

rest of the folks have to help obviously. if more existing regulars from this forum chip in then the passers by/potential posters will want to stop and have a look.

they will move on if there is nobody here to say hello to them and welcome them.

Haha, but then I always think that the booze negates the effect of the training. IMO not drinking at all is the best solution.

The growth is already going on. I'm perfectly happy with this forum right now :gleam:

hola general brick top. i just finished my workout too. one of them anyway. try a recovery drink or a soy shake with some fresh fruits in it. that will help you recover quickly.

i got my bike ride in. i will lift weights later on this evening for my 2nd workout.

and then i will have finally earned my cold beer. :))

i have to agree mate: nothing like an ice cold beer after a workout. its like a sports drink.

one beer is  just perfect after a good workout in the heat and humidity. :))
