Good day all. I hope you are well.

My family and I had a horrible stomach virus since the weekend. Thank God we are all over it now.
I felt so bad, I missed the WTF final. 
I hope this weekend is much better. Looking forward to the Davis Cup. I guess given the home court advantage, the Czech team will be favored slightly.

CD - I noticed Rosol is on the doubles team. He has a chance to break Spain's heart again.

Ferrer is continuing his great play from the tail end of the season. Who ever said he can't play well on faster hard courts?  He's got good speed, footwork and movement. I recall that he got to semis in the 2007 US Open, before they slowed down those courts.  He just doesn't have the serve and mentality against the very best. But that doesn't matter too much against the aging Stepanek.

you know spain will get one of those 3 points. this first match was critical for spain and now they will have it.
 
also rosol is not good enough player to be able to beat marc and marcel. not in a best of 5 sets foremat.
