thanks General Herc and General Brick. it's just so annoying. I'm taking vitamins and some medication prescribed by my Doctor. I feel like a walking pharmacy if you know what I mean. I'm trying to be positive, it'll go away ...

What kind of vitamins?
There's been many reports of keeping your vitamin D levels high. It usually takes 5,000 IU a day.
I take 50,000 IU once a week and my friends doctor has him on 50,000 IU a week as well as my sister.

Don't fool around with just any vitamin.

What I understand is when you overdose on vitamins, your liver & kidneys just excrete it out. You can only absorb so much.

i take my multi vitamins daily but i stick with the walmart variety these days.

i used to go with expensive, premium vitamins but i see no difference between the premium and the walmart variety like centrum.

that said, i also have one hell of a balanced meal plan. i eat quite well.

it was never really in doubt general fed fan. almagro is too inconsistent in big time matches.

that single hander is his biggest problem. nobody at this stage can with a single hander unless your name happens to roger fed.
