thanks cd, there are other ways of making black bean like turning it to wine/juice/vinegar/coffee, and they have different effect, it helps releqasing pressure and high blood pressure etc too, but however black bean tea is the easier way to do, so i am doing this.

no idea what is happening there general. they are going to lose a lot of good people if they continue with their little power trips.

there is no need for all that bias and favoritism there. mods have grown hungry for their little authority that they think they have as mods.

Too funny Sir Alex.  Thanks for uploading.  Mr. Kuerten looks in great shape. I guess he always was a thin guy. Too bad he suffered so many injuries, especially the the hip. 

Trivia:  Guga remains the last person to defeat Federer in a slam before the QF when he did it in the 3rd round at RG 2004.

thanks Master Class. interesting thing is also that Guga and Fed played only 3 matches as pros (Guga is leading h2h 2:1). As much as I follow tennis I missed this completely. ah, feel so bad for Guga ... he had to deal with so many injuries, surgeries, whatever ...  still what a great guy. really happy that Nole took some time to help him out. Guga won the match btw
