I don't know who that guy is but the fact is, Americans are armed, everybody has guns ... no wonder States have the highest rate of murders in the world. Crime rate is out of control. Yeah, get more guns, give them to everybody ... oh yeah, for protection. I've traveled all over Canada, met thousands of people, nobody every threatened me with anything ... I can walk in dt in the middle of the night and nothing ever happens ... sure you have some drunks and junkies asking for money, homeless people but they are pretty innocent and they are not armed.

Where I live the law is strict when it comes to guns but you can buy guns on the black market (which includes folks in some local pubs even) but they are expensive. However, if they went USA and made guns easily available and CHEAP,  some of the primitive morons around here would make shooting people their new hobby.

Of course I am not for banning guns, I just pointed out the default liberal position on it. They want to repeal the 2nd Amendment which will never, ever happen. They can fantasize all they want. They are the 5% vocal minority.

nothing will change in the States. Americans are in love with their guns and other weapons. Gun control should be tighter. make it mandatory for all gun owners to lock their guns in their homes all the time. Unless you are a policeman or a security guard, you shouldn't be able to walk around the streets being armed, any gun owner should go through some sort of psychological examination before they get a license to carry any kind of weapon... something like that.
