i got no use for house cats freaky.

Me neither, but we have a cat.  We got her about 4 months ago, she was a kitten as a rescue place.  Seems to be a good cat so far.  We have a 7 year old poodle who players with her all the time, they get along well.  I am a dog lover though.  I hope to always have a dog, great companions!

Cats are great companions as well, no?

Not to offend anyone...  But I am a dog person and not a cat person.  I love that dogs are so expressive and such amazing friends.  Cats are far more independent, for the most part.  I am an animal lover for sure, but I would choose a dog over a cat if I had to.

Here's how I think of it:

Would you rather have to do everything your owner says? Or would you rather be able to do your own thing?

Most likely the rather. Cats are more sensible imo. Dogs are like that insanely happy person that you first think, "Wow! This person is REALLY nice!!!", but after an hour you're like, "Damn, get me away from this person."

Dogs, you must be constantly chillin' with/giving attention too, but with cats, if you're bored then you can chill with them, but if you want some space you can get it.

Those are just my thoughts, I'm not trying to convince you :p

Honestly I find the idea of pets disgusting. Especially when you understand they lick their anuses at all times and drag said anuses on your floor.
Then we will fight in the shade.

Well, maybe that is where cat vs dog lovers differ.  I always like my dog near, I don't ever push him away.  I love other peoples dogs too.  I will run with them, hit the floor and play with them, shoot, I will wrestle them if they are big enough.  My wifeys aunt used to have a doberman.  Not the smartest dog, but a good one.  It was like a miniature horse.  I would wrestle him all the time.  Dude was vicious, he spared no expense playing!
Good Luck on the Court!!!

I agree, that's where they differ ;) I like space, some people don't! :D

Well why does licking their anuses matter? It would only be disgusting if you made out with your pet right after they lick their anus :p And also for the floor thing, it's not disgusting unless you walk on the floor and then lick your feet o_O

I'm a dog person as well, I even have one ;)

I'm not too fond of cats though. Can't understand why everyone seem to like them.

I concur.

General, try a picture that's not at RG. It doesn't really go well with Rusty. Here's a pic that's pretty awesome:
