To me it's disgusting. The other day I saw a grandad smoking right into his daughter's baby's face. The nerves of some people are ridiculous. Smoking is ignorant. People can die from second hand smoke. Does that stop people from publicly smoking? Hell no. I'm never smoking in my life, ever.

i will take care of it but i will see if the owner wants to share the cost. now he is a family man with 3 children so i wont demand that contributes.

i will only ask him to contribute if he can afford it. or i can ask him to contribute a small portion line 20% and i will handle the 80%.

as for me, i can afford it.  and its just fun to have a bigger party here this year so it is well worth it.
