did you see that ad? they showed  cristiano ronaldo and messi.

cristiano has 52 million followers on his facebook. he is the most popular athlete on the planet along with messi.

compare that with nadal and fed who have around 11 million each.

Baggy is definately the better player since the second half of the second set.

But I hope Dynamitrov can snatch it of course!

For some reason I want Baghdy. Maybe I'm just a nostalgiatard...

Why because he reached the final of the Australian Open? Yeah those were times, weren't it?
He underachieved a lot in my opinion having only won 4 titles after that.

I like Baggy a lot too but he already won the Sydney title in 2011? So now it's time for Dynamitrov to push Murray tomorrow!

I think so generalito. Moya did make the final, and Orantes won the US Open but I do believe that Nadal is the only Spaniard so far that has won the Australian Open.

Rafael Nadal - 10 Grand Slams

thanks Javier.  I also prefer Domi to win coz we need more new players.  Baggy has done nothing well after that surprising 2006 or 2007? AO final  :)>>>>

2006 it was Mimi. He did snatch that first set in the final against Fed but then suffered some physical problems and Fed was merciless.
Totally agree with you although it's nice to see the 'old' players do well these days. There are simply not enough youngstars who are slam material these days. I hope guys like Grigor, Milos and others can step it up.

Do you still remember those days that Rafa was a total nobody on hardcourts? 2006 he skipped it, 2007 got crushed by Gonzo and 2008 got annihilated by Tsonga. Look at him today, with 1 W and 1 F. What an improvement he has been.
